Ordering online at ChinaExposure is easy. Our checkout is just two steps! Find the item you would like to order, add it to your shopping cart and continue through checkout. There you may follow the instructions, fill out information form and process the order.
After ordering, you will receive two confirmation emails from ChinaExposure. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Second, you will be notified when your order is shipped.
Secured Order Processing
Orders placed on our website are completely secured. Our secure server software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. Once you fill our on-line order form and send it off to us, receipt of order is first confirmed and then securely transmitted to us. We check for product availability, enter your orer, confirm your credit card, confimr its availabiltiy or its status, and send you another confirmaiton email indicating that the order is shipped. Order via Mail
If you want to mail your orders, all you need to do is to place products in your shopping cart online and continue through checkout until you prompted to print out the order sheet for mail orders. You must write your credit card information on the printed sheet and mail it to ChinaExposure to complete your order.

We do accept international orders. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be required upon delivery in your country. Additional charges for customs clearance shall be your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Shipping charges for international orders will be adjusted to the actual shipping cost after the packages have been sent. All international orders are ONLY accepted with paying by a credit card.

Sales tax will only apply to residents of New York state where we are registered, but not to any other U.S. state or the rest of the world.
ChinaExposure offers different shipping options to meet your needs. You may check out our shipping rates and schedules to determine which services you would like to use.
Our primary carrier is United Parcel Service (UPS), which offers Ground, Second Day Air, and Next Day Air to 48 States. Our secondary carrier is the United States Postal Service (USPS), which provides both Express and Priority Mail service for Alaska and Hawaii, as well as International locations.
Your shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of the products you have ordered and your selected shipping service when you place order. However, the shipping costs may be adjusted based on the actual shipping charges the carriers charge us. Shipping rates are subject to change without notice as carrier rates change.
Shipping Transit Times and Locations
Shipping Transit Time equals to Processing Time plus Shipping time.
Next Day Air: Delivered the next business day when ordered by 2:00pm EST, excluding holidays.
Second Day Air: Please allow 2 business days when ordered by 2:00pm EST, excluding holidays.
USPS First Class Mail to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, Alaska, P.O. Box, as well as countries outside USA (excluding Canada) is available. Items will be sent 48 - 72 hours after receiving the orders.
We ship to street addresses and P.O. boxes both within the United States as well as internationally. All shipments to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii are through USPS. We will use UPS for "Second Day Air" and "Next Day Air"service. The shipping cost will be determined based on the shipping method you select. We will adjust the shipping costs based on the actual shipping charges the USPS charges us.
Please note all UPS and USPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on Federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Your satisfaction is our priority. We will process your order as soon as possible. Usually packages will be sent out within 24 hours after receiving the orders.
For all international orders, we will ship packages by registered air mail unless you specifically request otherwise. Shipping charges for international orders will be adjusted to the actual shipping cost after the packages have been sent. All international orders are ONLY accepted with paying by a credit card.
You will receive an order confirmation e-mail including a tracking link for your order, which allows you to track the shipment through the UPS website.
In addition, you can always track your order from our site by typing your order number. For the USPS package, you have to request the Delivery Confirmation number in order to track the packages on USPS.com. Unfortunately, for the international orders there is no online tracking information available. If you have any question on tracking packages, please email us.
Returns & Exchanges
Your satisfaction is our priority. We hope you love the item or gift you have received. If, for any reason, you would like to exchange or return it, we are happy to replace it with another selection or refund the credit card used for the purchase (except for paintings). All exchanges and returns must be within 30 days of the shipping date.
Please note that items must be in original condition and cannot be soiled worn, damaged or laundered. Shipping charge and taxes are non-refundable except the return is due to our error. Please note all sales items are not returnable, although you may exchange sizes.
All returns must be accompanied by the receipt. You can ship the item(s) back via your preferred method at your own expenses. ChinaExposure cannot be responsible for returns that are lost or misdirected in shipping. Usually it takes 1-2 weeks to process after the return is received.
Change or Cancel Order
ChinaExposure wants to provide the best service to you. If you would like to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as you can. We will do everything possible to better serve your requests.
Most products on the site are in stock and available, some productsare carried on a seasonal basis and may be temporarily unavailable. It is possible for a product to be on back-order. In that event, we will notify you by e-mail. We will ship partial orders first and fill the backordered items as soon as they arrive. You will always have the option to cancel the backordered shipment. All additional shipments after the initial shipment will be shipped via ground. The actual shipping charges will apply for the second shipment.
We offer items to our customers before they arrive in stock, so they can order them before everyone else can. If your order contains such highly welcomed items with other items, we will ship the in-stock items out first, and ship the pre-order items once they arrive in stock. Shipping for the pre-order items will be charged in the second shipment when they are actually shipped.
