Unlike many other dot.com companies, ChinaExposure did not have a huge start-up expense. She printed up flyers and handed them out at a cultural festival to market and promote the launch of their website. And the business took off with word-of-mouth amongst the community of these American families with adopted Chinese Children.

At its inception, ChinaExposure provided resources to both teach and learn about Chinese culture. Today, ChinaExposure offers various collection of unique Chinese cultural products, available on-line and in print catalog. Given the success and demand of Chinese culture learning materials, Ms. Wang is busy at making plans to expand the business off-line to the educational market including public schools, libraries, museums, and more.
